How often should I clean my windows?

For residential homes, we recommend a window cleaning timeline of every 1 month, every 3 months or every 6 months depending on your preference. 

For commercial properties, it depends on what type of commercial building you have. For service-based businesses that get frequent traffic (restaurants, clinics, etc.), we recommend window cleaning every 1 to 2 months. For office-style buildings, regular window cleaning every 1 to 3 months would be a good schedule.

Our window cleaning quotes are determined on a window-by-window basis depending on the size.

Window Pane: $7 to $12 per pane

Screens: additional $2 to $5 per screen

Window Tracks: $1 to $2 per track

To get an exact quote for your window cleaning, please send us images (taken from outside) of the windows you want cleaned. We can also give you a rough estimate and lock the price on-site when we arrive for service.

Yes, our window cleaning methods will be able to remove any buildup. If there’s any buildup that our brush can’t remove, we use the window cleaning blade to scrape off anything that the brush can’t get off. 

As for hard water spots, it really depends on how thick they are. In some cases, we can easily brush them off if they are minor water spots. In cases where they are really bad, you are going to need a restoration. A window cleaning restoration is basically using a chemical to eat away the calcium deposit that’s been growing on your windows.

Typically, we don’t recommend window cleaning in the rainy seasons. The reason is that rainwater contains minerals. Once the rain water evaporates, there’s a chance that minor calcium deposits could be left behind resting in the windows and looking dirty once again.

If it rains, we check to see how much rain it would be. If it’s light rain, we ask you if you want to go through or reschedule. If it’s heavy rain, we would need to reschedule the service.
