Terms & Conditions

This document serves as a binding agreement between the property owner (hereby identified as the “client”) and CA Wash Pro’s. and its agents, owners, employees, and subcontractors (hereby identified as “Company”), for the execution of services in exchange for payment for residential, commercial, or industrial power pressure washing services.

The services provided to clients are subject to the following terms, and the company reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time without notice. You can review the terms and conditions anytime on our website.

Access to the premises

The client agrees to allow the Company on the property for the purposes of performing the cleaning services requested. The client accepts that there may be a change in the timeframe for the completion of services due to unforeseen events, and additional visits to the property may be required. The company also reserves the right to visit the property with little or no notice to evaluate the quality of the job after services have been performed.

Risks and Releases of Liability Acknowledgement

Our technicians have all necessary environmental licenses and are specially trained in the safe and proper use of the company’s equipment. They always take extreme precautions to make sure that our cleaning routine does not cause any harm to your property.

However, damage can still occur to any delicate surface due to poor maintenance, neglect of the property, or low-grade building materials. Routine maintenance per the manufacturer’s recommendations on the home’s surfaces should be implemented by homeowners to avoid any potential defects.

On the date of service, the company will note any pre-existing damage on the field hand checklist and take photos of the noted damage. The client understands that the company has set procedures to ensure plant life around the area of cleaning is protected.

Client Responsibility on the Day of Service

  • Please keep out of the working area and ensure that no kids or pets will be playing around.
  • Clear the work areas of all items and remove all flags, doormats, vehicles, or sensitive materials from the areas being washed.
  • Access and the right to use an on-site water supply if needed to complete the stated project.

Content and Media Release

The client agrees to allow the company to utilize any photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, or videos of the property and/or the client in the context of marketing or advertising for the company. The company will use these items described in this section without any compensation to the client.

Payment Terms

Payment for the CA Wash Pro’s. is due at the time of scheduling service, unless alternative arrangements have been made prior and stated in the service agreement. If the client utilizes a credit card for payment, there may be a processing fee based on the credit card processor.

Agreement to Terms

By accepting an estimate, the client agrees that all the specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepts them. You authorize CA Wash Pros. to do the work as specified on the website or in a separate form upon consulting with a dispatcher. You release CA Wash Pros. from property damage unless damage is caused by our employee’s error, negligence, or misconduct.
